Apprenticing to the Teachings of Autumn

While deepening our bond with the natural world we will explore the teachings of Autumn: what are the lessons and metaphors of this season? How can we learn to be generative beings through the wisdom and guidance of Autumn? We will be harvesting these teachings using the tools of movement energetics (Qigong) and Clarity Breathwork. When we breathe fully and consciously, we are more easily able to release what is not needed and open to our greatest well-being.

This journey will be co-led by Glenn Kazmierski, licensed acupuncturist and owner of Tao Performance, and by Devi Peri, embodied movement coach and Clarity Breathwork facilitator.
